TestDisk cannot open the partition located at 1/0/1.
There is a least one issue with the location of the MFT as the location in the NTFS boot sector differs from the NTFS mirror.

What you could try out is to clone your disk using ddrescue as described in the manual.

TestDisk has not been designed to cope with broken devices containing unreadable sectors (see number of reallocated and pending sectors).
Clone your broken disk using ddrescue as described in a manual.

Try out commercial software.

The only alternative is to learn the file system structure, write your own recovery software.
Specific individual knowledge about the content should help with the recovery.
