Run TestDisk, Analyse, Quick Search, Deeper Search, use the arrow keys to set the partitions to recover as *(bootable) for C: and P(rimary) for D:.
Once it's done, on next screen, choose Write, confirm, Quit.
If asked, choose BackupBS and confirm.
Quit and restart your computer.
Done it like ...

Recover Ntfs partition from Linux LVM
i was trying to install Ubuntu,
my notebook has 2 internal drive,
sda has 3 partition
fat32 recovery partitions
ntfs driver c windows partition
and logical partition ntfs drive d where i put most of my folders,
sdb is empty
i wanted to install Ubuntu here
but somehow when I'm about to select ...
