For those, who is interested, the only way to recover the usb drive itself was to reflash its firmware using SMI MPTool, nothing else helped.

Sorry, I don't get it. I can restore files with Photorec method, but what can I do to make this usb drive usable again? Or is it completely dead?

It looked like common issue but I couldn't find any topic with such case. The chkdsk /r was somehow interrupted on JetFlash 500 8GB (possibly bad USB ports connection), after that it is still detecting as storage USB device, but with no access, no partition, it slows file explorer, can't even say if ...
