I formated the entire 2TB hdd as ntfs

I ran repair-bde to the 2TB hdd (F:)

I ran test disk analyze as ntfs
looked as if it found the partition i needed, but i couldnt list files, said the FS is damaged.

boot sector was bad, i copyed backup BS and then BS = OK

i tried ...

I re-ran the decryption process and saved it to a 500GB partition on my 2TB HDD.

"I would recommend using an empty recovery disk. " ……. should I just wipe this 2tb HDD and decrypt to the whole disk?

when I ran testdisk, it did not see the partition ...
