Fixed now. Thanks for the help.
I marked the NTFS partition as bootable, deleted the FAt16 partition, ran chkdsk.

No, I didn't use to have a FAt16 partition and no, I never installed PC Dos. It seems to me that Ghost created a new partition in some empty space at the end of my pre-existing NTFS partition so it could have unrestricted access to the drive.
