I tried to recover again. First selected a partition apparently found by testdik. But 0 files were recovered. It's weird. Because I hadn't touched the HD with any software other than Test Disk or PhotoRec.
I didn't have a .gz file :D Hahaha, so yeah, I guess black magic is ...

In case my last post wasn't that clear:
Apparently Testdisk successfully wrote my missing partition. There were other partitions on that scheme but I don't need those So I chose to write Only the one selected in this image:

This is what happended:
I tried analysing with EFI as you suggested but TestDisk wouldn't find my partition, so I stopped the search and tried PC intel again. There, after deeper search I found it. I changed the D to Primary y went ahead to write. Reebooted ...
