I didnt click on anything or select anything that said "Brute force mode". So, I guess I didnt enable it. I am using QPhotoRec. I dont even see an option to enable brute force mode in QPhotoRec.

So Widows 10 got wiped out of my computer while I was installing Linux.
I am, right now, running QPhotoRec to retrieve my Windows files like pictures and a few pdf documents etc.

I started the process about 14 hours ago,and for the past 6 hours, QPhotoRec keeps saying Reading sector ...
