I recovered most of my data with Photorec. I don't need help anymore.

I have a laptop with a 500 GB harddisk. It had a Linux Mint and Windows 7 dualboot but now after a partitioning mistake it only has Linux Mint.
For Ubuntu I had a root partition, a home partition and a swap partition.
For Windows I had a main partition and a backup partition for backing up data ...
