If it helps, the model # is LDHD-UP.

Using -d usbjmicron returned this:

Smartctl open device: /dev/sde [USB JMicron] failed: \\.\PhysicalDrive4: Open failed, Error=2
I get a similar error with all the other listed -d commands.

That doesn't seem to change the output. How can I figure out which device type to use for the -d command?
