As I can't tell you which differences exist between a Bitlocker partition and an unencrypted one I can't tell you if the backup boot sector may be different from the boot sector due to encryption.

one thing I might add is that the D: partition that got deleted was encrypted by Bitlocker.
I say this now because testdisk shows this message:
