Following the hints (see: https://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/CDRW#Recovery_of_a_fast_blanked_CD-RW) still doesn't help.
Using latest versions of testdisk_static and photorec_static under Linux. Even with different DVD/CD-RW writers/readers I can't find a way to unformat the CD-RW.
