Re: Only folder currupted. What to do best?

You can use chkdsk under Windows as administrator to fix the filesystem. See https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf chapter "Repairing filesystems from Windows". Sometimes chkdsk fix the problem by removing all corrupted directory entries (~ all files), so you may want to keep the files recovered b...

Re: 3TB Resize Partition Wrong way Lost1.5TB 450GB

If your missing partition is listed after Quick Search or Deeper Search, use the arrow keys to switch the partition to P(rimary).
On next screen, if all your partitions (partitions to keep + partitions to recover) are listed, choose Write, confirm, Quit and restart your computer.

Re: No partition found for my SD Card

PC Intel is probably the correct partition type.
Note that the fastest way to recover your data is probably to use PhotoRec, read https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf for explanations on how to use it.
Good luck

Re: 3TB WD turned to RAW after crash

Try TestDisk, Advanced, Boot, RebuildBS, List. If you can see your files, choose Write, confirm, Quit.
If it doesn't work, use TestDisk, Analyse, Quick Search and Deeper Search if you see your partition.

Re: photorec fails to recover files from HDD

No need to change the disk geometry. PhotoRec hasn't been able to find a single file header in nearly one hour, it's not good. Unless your data were encrypted (ie. truecrypt), it probably means that the disk doesn't return the correct sector content. If possible, remove the disk from its enclose and...

Re: ran diskpart on a 4TB drive....

As "Big Bubba" is an empty partition, you should try Undelete and if it doesn't work, PhotoRec.
