I gave it a shot now and tried to change the fourth partition from d to p. After writing I was told I needed to reboot. After I rebooted everything looked the same both in the OS as well as in testdisk.
Whats going on?

How to Fix This Partition Table / Lost Linux Partition
Please, I would appreciate some input on how to recover the data from a lost partition.What do I leave as D or P.
Since its a Linux file system I dont think there is a way to navigate and see where my files are but i assume I should turn the fourth partition from d to p. Not sure about the third ...
