Thanks for replying.
I did get those screens from windows. I also ran photorec from a Rescue Remix CD. The HD did show up when I used a Gparted CD under /dev/sdb but under Rescue Remic Photorec doesn't let me write there--I am not able to select it. I will send screenshots running Windows Photorec ...
