I am trying to copy over a file I located on a deleted partition through testdisk, but everytime I try it says copy failed. What are the reasons it could be saying that and how can I troubleshoot this?

Trying to copy a file from a deleted partition. It's saying copy failed every time. Is there a reason why and can this be bypassed? How can I force copy?
