I also get lots of these lines in the log:

fat_copy: Can't read cluster 20199105.
file_pread(6,64,buffer,1293457977(158512/1/26)) ReadFile The specified network resource or device is no longer available.

"You must format the disk before you can use it" error

I'm getting this error when plugging my WD drive into my Windows 7 comp.

It takes about 3 - 5 minutes for this error to appear.

This is what I see in "advanced" section o TestDisk:
