Ok!
I've tried cleaning the card with air and tapping it against a table, and some valid files are actually being recovered by Photorec! I'll let it run through and give you an update as soon as it is done.

It seems that only the jpeg preview is intact. This is the case with every file I recover..

Ok, but is there any way I can send you the raw data from my corrupted CF card, or is it too big (32GB)?
