Correction, "fix" the corrupted pictures

I finished recovering 614 pictures and videos on Photorec after I enabled brute force, I also clicked keep corrupted files. After I finished, I saw that half of the 614 files were corrupted, is there any way I can recover the corrupted pictures.

Oh, I forgot to mention. The 614 pictures I was talking about, half of the pictures Photorec recovered are unviewable with photo gallery, does that mean those pictures are really corrupted or damaged really badly, because I think one of those pictures are the one I am looking for.
