I succeed in copying files that i needed, i have all my files listed and they are there. Should i backup everything? and then try and format? isn t anything that testdisk can do to repair it?

It seems to be a boot problem during a power failure, sorry for uploading on partition. The above image confirms this but i am not sure how to proceed. the data is intact and i don t want to risk damaging.

One more thing, the files are intact, i recovered data and all seems to be working except the boot sector or something.
