How do I get the log? I have not done that before....

is it best to use a live cd? I have one but latest scan I ran took 3 days for quick. I changed type to NTFS and did a Rebuild BS but got the following....

I have also had the same.... But TD didnt find any files and just reported all bad sectors. Change type and its now doing a deep search but its going to be another day until thats finished.... but it sounds like the same problem to me but dont know enough to corect this one. Think its possible ...
