Thanks for your PM, you can see from my previous post, that I've already uploaded snapshot of what I see when I first run TestDisk.

In testdisk32.jpg, I see 3 media.

When I select the first media called "Disk /Dev/sda - 1000GB /931 GiB", I then see this testdisk33.jpg.
