Running testdisk / Adanced and Rebuid BS requires a correct partition in your partition table.
Looks like that testdisk doesn't find your MFT, its mirror or might corrupt.
Also it's unusual that a scan of a 500 GB disk takes so long?
Did you get read erorrs?
Read errors can cause that testdisk ...

The crystaldiskinfo health status is good though..

No partition found; RebuildBS takes too long

Hi.
At first Ive been trying to recover the lost partition,by running the quicksearch but after 5days of waiting testdisk found no partition..and I also run the deep search and waited for a week..but still there is no partition found .. its been a month looking for solutions to recover and i also ...

I think i have the same problem..ive done what you said..but after the selecting the advanced all I see in the options are TYPE,CREATE IMAGE..what will I do nxt??pls help

Testdisk no partition found..

After running the quick search for about 5days..there s no partition found and i tried running the the deeper search for 6-7days..still.. no partition found..what shold i do next..i need my hard drive so bad...im also thinking of using photorec but it will rename all the files and unsort all of it ...
