I am also having this problem.
When it is a partition that have files and can be recovered, "q" return to the previous screen (the list of all partitions). OK!
But when I enter in a particion (pressing "p") that can't be recovered (this screen: http://i.imgur.com/RDUEkVZ.png ), there is no ...
