Fixed! I ran chkdsk /f on the drive and it's back as normal

Thank you for the reply. I've done this, and now I just have a single NTFS primary partition according to Testdisk, but windows still sees it as RAW. Have I missed something?

I was writing a new image to an SD for my Raspberry Pi and selected the wrong drive letter.
I have a 1TB Seagate USB3 external drive that I use for my Lightroom catalogue, and that got the image.
