Re: trying to recover multiple partitions on RAID 0 volumes
So... I fixed my partition problem. Using Windows 10 release 1803 installed on a USB flash drive I tried selecting and writing the found partitions a few more times as seen in screenshots 4 - 6 except instead of only trying to write the first two partitions I selected (changed to P) all the labeled ...

Re: trying to recover multiple partitions on RAID 0 volumes
I think there is a unRAID progress log which can be saved. I didn't save it but I can redo the unRAID process, try saving whatever it offers to let me save, and upload the file here if you're curious and want me to do that. After the RAID drives were analyzed there was a log containing info about ...

Re: trying to recover multiple partitions on RAID 0 volumes
I have dual mSATA SSDs in RAID 0 in a laptop. The integrated Intel RAID controller rejected one of the SSDs breaking the two RAID 0 volumes that were on the drives. Using Reclaime Free RAID Recovery I imaged the SSDs separately and then wrote their data, unRAIDed, to a single drive.
Did your ...

Re: trying to recover multiple partitions on RAID 0 volumes
I'm not sure what happened to my attached log file in my opening post. I don't see it there so here it is.

Re: trying to recover multiple partitions on RAID 0 volumes
For those wanting a question: What do I need to do to recover the partitions?
Perhaps the solution to the write error is figuring out why TestDisk says there is already a partition structure while Disk Management says there isn't. Or am I reading the 4th screenshot incorrectly?

Re: GParted resized FAT32 partition and Windows can't read it
Try PhotoRec 7.1-WIP to recover your data. It will not recover the original filenames but it's better than nothing.
It is still readable in Linux so if nothing else works then I'd rather use rsync to copy everything to another drive. That way I can keep the file names.
However, I think I ...

Re: GParted resized FAT32 partition and Windows can't read it
Thank you for your reply.
Your screenshot shows TestDisk listing the partition as *(bootable). If you choosed to write this partition table, the partition will not be listed as extended.
I tried that and the partition became a primary but the files still weren't viewable in Windows.

Re: GParted resized FAT32 partition and Windows can't read it
I looked at the original drive again in GParted and saw that the drive contains only an extended partition with a FAT32 logical partition with some unpartitioned megabytes at the begging and end. Windows probably isn't recognizing the filesystem because it doesn't recognize a stand-alone extended ...

GParted resized FAT32 partition and Windows can't read it
I used GParted to extend a FAT32 partition on a flash drive so the entire flash drive is used. However, something is wrong because if I plug the flash drive in to Windows 7 I am asked to reformat the flash drive. Strangely, Ubuntu seems to have no trouble reading the file system. I cloned the flash ...
