My Macbook pro laptop hard drive went bad after it failed to launch correctly coming out of sleep mode.

I decided to quit the program, and after it quit, there was more information appended into the log file... which is here:
I guess the log also shows things that I tried to do to see if I can get anything back... I'm really totally lost as to what to do from here and how to fix it...

Here is a copy of the log I got... I truncated the file so that I could post it, but it just continues giving the same type of messages all the way to the end...
I mean these type of messages:

The scanning of teh disk finally finished a few minutes ago. I am trying to post the testdisk.log file... but it's telling me that the extension of the file is invalid.
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated, since I wouldn't really know what to do.

My 1 TB SSD hard drive got corrupted. What I had on it was a Mac OS X partition, and an Ubuntu partition (I unfortunately don't remember what where the sizes, but the Ubuntu partition was much smaller than the Mac OS X partition). I cannot boot from either one.
