isn't there any way I can recover this partition using testdisk. data is not important but the USB itself is.

Yes I did. same result, can't detect the sd card.

I can't access the 16Gb SD card from both the camera and in windows. I have already tried Testdisk, Chkdsk methods. Tried it on 2 different PCs

Windows doesn't mount it. Is there any other method I can try ?

Cannot open volume for direct access.

I have 4GB usb andit it is being shown as 2Mb only. Testdisk does show the rest of the space but can't recover it. How can I fix this ?
