So I've initialised the disk, however the only option I have at the moment is to create a new volume on the drive

Just to be sure, do I initialise the disk as GPT (it was previously) and then assign a letter?

Hi all
I have 3 1TB drive in RAID 0, and recently one drive lost it's membership to the array
