Hi,
From what I could understand from the source code, despite reading "Check JPG files" in the Options menu, Paranoid impacts the following 163 file types:
1cd, 7z, ab, abr, ace, aif, als, amr, arj, asf, asm, au, axp, axx, bac, bin, bkf, bld, bmp, bpg, cab, caf, che, chm, crw, cwk, d2s, dad, dat ...
