Well I'm searching everywhere for a solution. I remember to have made the High Sierra Update before cancelling the partition. Now I'm reading that High Sierra automatically updates the file system to APFS. Could this be my problem???

Thank for your reply. But I still don't understand: Can I use testdisk over a SSD ? Which Head, cylinder, sector, parameters should I set for a correct scan?
