Probléme Disque dur wd

Bonjour,

Je vous écris car je ne sais plus quoi faire, j'ai suivi toutes lees étapes mais rien ne marche et mon disque dur reste inutilisable.

Lancer un "cmd" (Bouton droit, Run as Administrator) puis "chkdsk /f d:".
Si cela ne marche pas, vous pouvez utiliser PhotoRec pour récupérer vos données, mais les noms d'origine des fichiers ne seront pas récupérés.
