Recuperation disque crashed synology

Hello,
Un de mes disques a laché, marqué comme crashed dans le disqk manager de synology...
Disque démonté, quelques tentatives de récupération des secteurs deffecteurs (avec HDD regenerator) et TestDisk arrive a faire une analyse (en mode deep search).
Bilan, toutes les partitions sont tombées et j'ai ce résultat

Et là, mes compétences s'arretes... j'ai tatonné sans succès
- mettre la partition SYNO210 en primary boot => le syno considère que le disque n'est pas initialisé
- mette le md0 en primary boot et le syno 210 en primary => le syno considère que la table de partition n'est pas lisible
retour au point de départ ... toute aide est la bienvenue

Pouvez-vous fournir le fichier testdisk.log ? Cela permettra de voir le type de Raid utilisé (Raid 0, Raid 1, Raid 5).

euh ... il fait 1.4Go
le disque était en Synology Hybrid Raid mais sans aucune protection ni optimisation de vitesse : en fait ce disque faisait son volume tout seul. ça aide ?
