Disque dur système illisible.

Bonjour.

Lundi, en allumant mon ordinateur portable, Vista refuse de se lancer. J'ai un écran noir avec "erreur lecture disque".
J'essaie d'aller voir dans le bios pour lancer un diagnostique et on m'indique que le disque est HS. Je tente de booter sur le cd windows mais cela ne fonctionne pas.
J'ai démonté le disque et je l'ai branché sur un dock USB afin de tenter de récupérer mes données. Je précise que le disque "fonctionne" encore mais qu'une fois les données extraite, il sera détruit et remplacer.

Lors du premier branchement sur une autre machine, il faisait planter l'explorer et la gestion des disques. J'ai quand même réussi à y accéder avec Test Disk. J'ai tenté de réparer les secteurs de boot mais impossible : "can't overwrite fat32".
Finalement en redémarrant le disque, 3 volumes apparaissent dans le postes de travail dont un tout en caractères spéciaux (bien sur celui qui m'intéresse). Encore un coupe de Test disk mais à ce niveau je ne suis plus bien sur de comprendre ce que je fait.
Nouveau redémarrage, cette fois je n'ai que 2 volumes affiché. Dans la gestion des disques, une partition n'est pas allouée. Je tente alors de réparer avec le cd de windows vu que le disque dur semble ne plus faire planter l'ordinateur.
Après une nuit de réparation, ça ne fonctionne toujours pas : écran noir avec "1234F"

J'ai réparer les secteurs boots de deux partitions mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas.
Si quelqu'un a une solution ?

Il faudrait cloner le disque vers un disque vierge comme indiqué sur

Une fois la copie réalisée, retirer le disque d'origine et réessayer TestDisk sur le clone.
