recuperation donnees sur Partition de protection GPT

Bonjour,
j'ai branché un disque dur externe usb sur un portable XP, tout se passait bien, il y avait des donnees dessus et d'un coup, le disque n'est plus visible. Dans le gestionnaire de stockage du panneau de configuration, il voit bien la partition mais indique "Sain (Partition de protection GPT)"

j'ai fait un deepsearch sur testdisk (windows) ça donne ça:

sinon J'ai aussi lancé GPT fdisk et il me detecte 3 problemes :
Problem: The secondary header's self-pointer indicates that it doesn't reside
at the end of the disk. If you've added a disk to a RAID array, use the 'e'
option on the experts' menu to adjust the secondary header's and partition
table's locations.
Problem: main GPT header's current LBA pointer (1) doesn't
match the backup GPT header's alternate LBA pointer(1953525166).
Problem: main GPT header's backup LBA pointer (1953525166) doesn't
match the backup GPT header's current LBA pointer (1).
The 'e' option on the experts' menu may fix this problem.
Identified 3 problems!
Que dois je faire sous GPT fdisk pour récupérer mes données super importantes?

Actuellement
- la table des partitions est au format EFI, non supporté par XP (sauf XP 64 bits)
- une partition HFS+, utilisable sous Mac OS X, est listée, non gérée sous Windows.

Si vous êtes certain que ce disque était utilisable sous Windows et n'a pas été utilisé sur un Mac, choisissez Pc/Intel plutôt que EFI GPT.
