How do I recover my files from my External HDD?

Hi all!
I have a corrupted 2TB WD Elements SE and I don't know how to recover the files using Testdisk.
Surfing the web I found many tutorials and none of them help me to recover my files, besides I don't know if during this guides I change some parameters in my HDD. To clarify, this is the screen showing the HDD, however it has this "Disk /dev/sde" parameter in which it is different from all tutorials I have found.
At the end, I found out this forum and in other to avoid damaging the HDD or the files I decided to seek help first.
Could someone please help me recover my files?
