Can't recover files bigger than 4 GB

That's it. The worst thing is that TestDisk gets cycled on such files and starts recovering from the beginning when reaching 4 GB limit.

This is bad news for me. :(
I am trying to recover ~4 GB files from a linux partition... Are you the same? or from a windows partition?

I was trying to recover a group of files and folders from a NTFS partition under Windows. If I remember correctly I have used single file recovery as a workaround. Or I used DMDE for such files? I don't remember. Anyway, it isn't really bad news, rather annoying.

The issue is still present in current WIP. Tested by copying the following directory:
