Recovering data fails

Hello folks.

Here is the short history: i was going to install windows seven and by mistaken deleted my partition. So, i ran testdisk and found the archives (i have one part unallocated - with the files- and another with FS ext3). Tried to copy them to the ext3 partition but when it finished, no data were there.
I found my archives in .encrypt/.

I can post a screen shot if needed.

Thanks in advance.

So, let`s find how to fix it!
mig is my ext3 partition with kali linux. i can`t boot it because i don`t have MBR nor LILO. Also, i don`t care. Just want to copy my important data to it.
HPFS is my windows partition without important data, and the first two are my main partition - these i need to recover.

After running `Analize`, i got the follow>

After i will post the recovering process.

Directories and files whose filename begin by a dot are hidden by default. Enable "Show Hidden Files" in your file manager.
