What product do I use for my issue

I formatted the wrong freaking hard drive and then loaded windows over it thinking it was the correct hard drive. I am sure with having loaded windows and various drivers and updates I probably lost a lot of stuff. Which product do I use and which tutorial on how to use it?
I am so frustrated and upset I couldn't navigate the large amount of info on this site and I would appreciate some slack on that without the usual (did you read all these different posts and FAQ sections before posting) that comes with most forums. I have had a very bad day today LOL
