Hi.

For some unknown reason i lost one folder named "FamilyPic".
It can be that my kid pressed and deleted this folder but anyhow, am in big problem because bunch of family pictures can be lost.
Btw. trash is empty too.

I tryid to make undelete with TestDisk but there is no undelete option. If this is because of ext4 ?
If so, please write down step by step, what should i do to recover my files.

Yes, because of ext4, there is no undelete in TestDisk.
But you can use PhotoRec to recover your files. Be carefull to store the recovered files on another partition than the source.

Be carefull to store the recovered files on another partition than the source.
** I try with photorec but am not sure how to complete task. E.g. i came to part where i have to select partition but how should i select it...

Please select a destination to save the recovered files.
Do not choose to write the files to the same partition they were stored on.
Keys: Arrow keys to select another directory
C when the destination is correct
Q to quit
------------------------------
Now i get listed my whole home folder ( /home/myLap ) but i can not select any other partition.
Should i plug some USB stick and select /home/myLap/media/ ) to save the recovered files ?
Sorry for dumb question...
