Recovering fragmented files...

I tried to recover a image file created by paragon backup & recovery 14. But photorec only finds the first 2 GB. How can I recover the whole file?
Be careful to choose an exFAT or NTFS destination, not a FAT32 destination for files over 2GB.
Which file format has been used ? pfi or another ?
