Hi
I need some urgent help please. I need to recover my backup folder on my readynas urgently. How do I do it please?
I have an old ReadyNAS NV+ with 4 discs in X-RAID. Running RAIDiator 4.1.15
Do i use TestDisk or PhotoRec for this?
I know i have to remove the drives and connect to a PC. But can I remove and recover each drive at a time, or need to somehow connect all 4 to my PC at the same time?
If i do one at a time, how are the fragmented files reassembled from the 4 drives?
What file system is NV+ running?
Any other info i should know before I start please?
Thanks
How to Recover deleted files from ReadyNas NV+ ?

Re: How to Recover deleted files from ReadyNas NV+ ?
A good start will be to boot your computer from a Linux LiveUSB (see https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf) with the 4 disks connected to the computer and another disk to store the recovered files and to try PhotoRec.
