Hi, thank you for this awesome tool!
I have an almost dead WD blue usb3 external disk. It has a lot of bad sectors and the second partition dissapeard.
I am using testdisk to recover some important data for me. The disk is getting slower and slower and i dont want to waste time from his life transferring large files.
I have downloaded and compiled it. I am willing to modify the source code for the copy process to skip some file extensions like mov mkv and mp4.
Please guide me ... on which c file is this process of writing occuring.
Thanks

If the disk contains bad sectors, it's recommended to clone it to a new empty disk using ddrescue as described in https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf and use TestDisk on the clone
