Changing from windows to linux mint

#1 Post by rafi » 13 Mar 2019, 03:56

Hi, I was changing my OS from windows to linux mint and unfortunately deleted my disks and all the data! Now is it possible to recover the disk as well as the data using testdisk or something else? If it is possible what are the steps? I have gone through the options but it seems really confusing to me. Thank in advance.

You should try to recover your lost partitions as described in https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf chapter "Recovering deleted partition using TestDisk"
