1TB HP External HDD NTFS partition is fine - FAT32 now is RAW

#1 Post by davidisurf »

Hello there!
I haven't used my 1TB HP External HDD NTFS in a 2 years. It used to work fine.
It has 2 partitions (splitted with easeus) the NTFS I had my common backups from my PC and the FAT32 partition I have some games.
At the moment I can access the NTFS partition and check all my files, but it's kind of slow. The other partition "FAT32" now isn't accessible and on the disk management shows as "RAW format"
What would be my first step to fix/recovery ?

Thanks!

Using Testdisk to see if Testdisk can show the content of the RAW partition and to check if that content is what you expect.
