Hello, I open this post because I have problems with my mobile sd cards.
I have two 4GB and 8GB sd cards.
I think my problem came from seeing a sports pages of formula 1 on the mobile (Samsung Galaxy J6 +).
Spam began to arrive and the phone restarted.
when it started to warn me that "the sd card is damaged". I replaced it with the other card and after a while I had the same problem.

Your "Target 8GB" is broken because it shows up as a device with 121MB only. This can be seen on the first picuture. Consult a professional recovery service.
If your other SD card is encrypted, Testdisk can't help you. If you search for lost partitions, select the whole device instead of the H-drive.
Post the Testdisk log file. Do not provide pictures of the Testdisk log file.

If you are providing pictures of your screen with a camera, make readible ones!
Half of the picture above is garbage.
You can turn the camera and rework your picture with IrfanView, p.e..
