Hi guys
I'm trying to recover my files from ext4 partition and I have next issues:
1. Is there any way to recovery any full folder once? I have folders into the folders.
2. After I copy any files, the SSD umount and I have to reset the laptop again for testdisk recognizes the SSD
Thanks.

Re: Testdisk umount the SSD after recovery
hi!
Thanks. What else information do you need?. I'm trying to recovery my files from linux mint live CD. I install testdisk and when I try to recover the files, supposedly the tool copy files but after that, the hardisk is unmounted and I can´t see it again. The one way is reseting the laptop for seeing again the SSD.
Regards.

Hi!
So, something additional. The files copied have a size 0 bytes, why?.
Thanks.

Re: Testdisk umount the SSD after recovery
Are you using Testdisk???
There is a list of commands on the screen where you selected files. Yes, you can copy folders. There is no choice to select between folder with and without content.
2. After I copy any files, the SSD umount and I have to reset the laptop again for testdisk recognizes the SSD
What is "reset" exactly?
When does the SSD unmount?
Please describe exactly and/or provide a screenshot.
You did not state how the disc is connected.
Re: Testdisk umount the SSD after recovery
Hi!!
I'm using testdisk
Reset=restart the laptop
The SSD unmount when testdisk ends the copy of any files or folder. When I end copy files, testdisk doesn't recognize the SSD and I must restart my laptop.
Thanks.
