Can I retrieve the NTFS file system from this 1tb external drive that I accidentally reformatted in to FAT32?

I am a bit of a newbie so please bear with me. I accidentally reformatted my NTFS external drive to FAT 32 with EaseUs Partition Master. I realized as soon as I did it and don't believe I did anything further as far as writing to the drive which now shows as being empty. I did run EaseUs Data Recovery and recovered most of my files I believe. I also ran testdisk to see if it could locate the NTFS partition. Unfortunately I don't understand what I'm seeing and am afraid to do something that will make it worse. My hope is that I can retrieve that partition because it contains thousands of audio and video files for my studio and while I have recovered many of them, most are RAW files with no name or way to associate them with programs to which they belong. To reconstruct that file structure would be next to impossible. Can this be done? I am including the testdisk log of what I have done so far. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Testdisk found the remains of a NTFS partition but cannot open it as its too dammaged.
Third party software may still succeed in recovering stuff including directory structure but you have to test that.
