Raw Extern HD

Hello,
I hope you can help me. Without doing anything (just changing my extern HB from one pc to the other) my extern HD isnt reconized by win7 anymore. Its raw format and windows want to format it. But there s a lot of data on the HD i want to sav.
I have looked for some answers here annd tried Testdisk.
Quick and deeper search in Testdisk give me both the same result
The HD (1000 GB / 931 GiB) seems to small! << 2733 GB / 2546 GiB >. Check the harddisk size: HD jumpers settings, BIOS detection...
The following partitions can't be recovered.
