Dear Sir,

For my new issue if another thread need to be started, then how to start new tthread. I have not found new thread hence I have started this query with this thread only. Kindly guide me to start new thread.

You can post a new thread by clicking on "New Topic" button.

To answer your last question .. i would boot up with Ubuntu live USB ..
Please note that I have a pen drive made bootable for ubuntu and i have installed ubuntu with this pen drive
Then inspect and format your problem USB drive using gparted in ubuntu.
Applications > System Tools > Administration > Gparted Partition Manager.

Or .. sudo gparted
