3TB HDD hard disk seems too small problem

hi I'm using WD 3TB HDD
first, my file was lost.
so, I found this testdisk program and I try to fix it.
suddenly, my file capacity was bigger than ever.
how can I find my files and original capacity?
seems to too big..
this program said that Hard Disk seems to small!
